Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF362 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,527 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF362-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZNF362 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF362-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF362 results are reported.
