ZNF358

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF358 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,629 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF358-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with ZNF358 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF358-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF358 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF358→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF358) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
