Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF354B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF354B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZNF354B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF354B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF354B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
