The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF354B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF354B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where ZNF354B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
