ZNF346

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF346 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,509 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF346-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, SPIN1, and UIMC1. Each is linked with ZNF346 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF346-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF346 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF346 versus RPS6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF346→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF346) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
