Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF346 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,732 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF346-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with ZNF346 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF346-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF346 results are reported.
