Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF33B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF33B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ZNF33B Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF33B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

LIHC, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ZNF33B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
