ZNF337

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF337 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,277 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF337-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC1, CRNKL1, and XPO1. Each is linked with ZNF337 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF337-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF337 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF337 versus XRCC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF337→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF337) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
