Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF337 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF337-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Sperm motility, and Cilium-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with ZNF337 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF337-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF337 results are reported.
