Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF331 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,835 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF331-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, mRNA export from nucleus, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ZNF331 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF331-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF331 results are reported.
