Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF330 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF330 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ZNF330 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF330 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ and UCEC are the cancer types where ZNF330 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
