ZNF330

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF330 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8,051 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF330-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENM3, AHNAK2, and VPS13D. Each is linked with ZNF330 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF330-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF330 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TENM3 grouped by ZNF330-low versus ZNF330-high in COAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF330→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF330) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
