Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF329 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,171 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF329-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX3P6, DLG3, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with ZNF329 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF329-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF329 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBX3P6 grouped by ZNF329-low versus ZNF329-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF329→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF329) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
