Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF326 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,715 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF326-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC24A, GTF3C4, and VEZF1. Each is linked with ZNF326 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF326-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF326 results are reported.
