Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF326 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,119 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF326-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Mitotic cell cycle checkpoint signaling, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with ZNF326 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF326-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF326 results are reported.
