Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF324B RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ZNF324B data layer compared with 11 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ZNF324B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF324B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and KIRC show a favorable association.
MESO, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where ZNF324B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
