Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF324B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF324B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZNF324B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF324B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where ZNF324B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
