Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF324 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,134 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF324-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF6, VPS45, and COP1. Each is linked with ZNF324 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF324-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF324 results are reported.
