Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF324 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,055 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF324-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with ZNF324 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF324-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF324 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of RNA splicing grouped by ZNF324-low versus ZNF324-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
