Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF322 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF322-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDAC2, IRF2BP1, and MLKL. Each is linked with ZNF322 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF322-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF322 results are reported.
