Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF322 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,655 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF322-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of nucleobase-containing compound transport. Each is linked with ZNF322 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF322-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF322 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by ZNF322-low versus ZNF322-high in PANCREAS.
