Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF32 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF32-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT4, RNU6ATAC9P, and PSMA6P3. Each is linked with ZNF32 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF32-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF32 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINT4 grouped by ZNF32-low versus ZNF32-high in SKCM.
