Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,443 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are COPII vesicle coating, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with ZNF32 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF32-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF32 results are reported.
