Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF317P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,210 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF317P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of post-translational protein modification, and Positive regulation of telomerase RNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with ZNF317P1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF317P1-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF317P1 results are reported.
