Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF304 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,736 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF304-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Protein polyubiquitination. Each is linked with ZNF304 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF304-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF304 results are reported.
