ZNF302

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF302 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,943 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF302-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, LMNB2, and UBA2. Each is linked with ZNF302 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF302-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF302 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF302 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF302→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF302) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
