Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF302 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,283 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF302-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with ZNF302 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF302-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF302 results are reported.
