Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF300P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF300P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRP. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF300P1 is differentially expressed in 17, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, ZNF300P1 RNA expression shows 16,107 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KIRP, KIRC, and THYM as cancer lineages where ZNF300P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
