ZNF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,657 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZKSCAN1, MEPCE, and GTF2I. Each is linked with ZNF3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF3 versus ZKSCAN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
