ZNF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,767 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM48, RNU6-921P, and RNU6ATAC29P. Each is linked with ZNF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM48 grouped by ZNF3-low versus ZNF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
