Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,042 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with ZNF3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF3-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF3 results are reported.
