The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher ZNF299P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF299P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, TGCT, and BLCA are the cancer types where ZNF299P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
