Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF295-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF295-AS1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZNF295-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF295-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where ZNF295-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
