ZNF285

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF285 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,126 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF285-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF585B, ZNF234, and ZFP30. Each is linked with ZNF285 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF285-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF285 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF285 versus ZNF585B in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF285→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF285) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
