ZNF282

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF282 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,968 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF282-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMM1, DOK5, and CREB3L4. Each is linked with ZNF282 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF282-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF282 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF282 versus PMM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF282→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF282) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
