Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF280B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF280B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ZNF280B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF280B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.

SCLC, BLCA, and BRCA are the cancer types where ZNF280B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
