ZNF276

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF276 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,692 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF276-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPG7, MLLT6, and IST1. Each is linked with ZNF276 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF276-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF276 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF276 versus SPG7 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF276→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF276) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
