Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF276 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF276-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X2, GABRG1, and DEFA4. Each is linked with ZNF276 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF276-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF276 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X2 grouped by ZNF276-low versus ZNF276-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF276→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF276) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
