ZNF268

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF268 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,633 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF268-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MGAT2, PARP4_T333, and SDF2L1. Each is linked with ZNF268 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF268-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF268 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF268 versus MGAT2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF268→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF268) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
