Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF268 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 265 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF268-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, SAMM50, and CLEC4M. Each is linked with ZNF268 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF268-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF268 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZNF268 versus SEC14L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF268→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF268) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
