Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF264 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF264 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZNF264 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF264 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZNF264 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
