The most reproducible ZNF263-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, USP7, and ZKSCAN1. Each is linked with ZNF263 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF263-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF263 results are reported.
