ZNF26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,089 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF587, ZNF789, and MDM4. Each is linked with ZNF26 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF26-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
