ZNF26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,645 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, ADNP, and SFSWAP. Each is linked with ZNF26 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF26-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
