ZNF26

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPPB, MYOG, and PTGIS. Each is linked with ZNF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF26-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
