Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZNF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,851 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZNF26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome duplication, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and RNA localization. Each is linked with ZNF26 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF26-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF26 results are reported.
