Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZNF259P1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZNF259P1 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher ZNF259P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF259P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and BRCA are the cancer types where ZNF259P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
