The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ZNF257 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZNF257 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and DLBC are the cancer types where ZNF257 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
