Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF257 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,157 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF257-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ZNF257 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF257-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF257 results are reported.
