Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZNF250 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,864 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZNF250-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-455P, RNF139-AS1, and RPS27P14. Each is linked with ZNF250 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZNF250-to-partner and partner-to-ZNF250 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZNF250→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZNF250) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
